For a natural Halo finish, focus on sectioning and hiding the wire.

Halo extensions are beginner-friendly because they do not require glue or tape. The natural finish comes from clean sectioning, wire placement, and blending your own hair over the top.

How to Install Halo Extensions

1. Section your top layer

Create a section slightly behind the crown and clip that top layer up so the wire has a place to hide.

2. Place the wire like a headband

Let the weft sit naturally around the back of your head. Do not place the wire too far forward or let the weft hang too low.

3. Secure the small clips gently

The clips are there to help hold the piece. They do not need to be tight. Fine hair can be lightly teased at the roots for more grip.

4. Drop the top layer and blend

Release your own hair over the wire and brush everything together. A light curl through the ends can make the blend look softer.

Once the details are clear, go back to the style you like.

Shade, install method, and care routine all help you choose the length, weight, and color more confidently.
